Work Methodology

Through the years Sparrow core team has brought certain steps that are being practiced when working on any kind of development project. Following this procedure has always brought us high quality results that are exceeding client expectations.

Analyze
We explore each and every area of your business that is to be affected by the new product development after obtaining requirements and wish list from your end. The first step here is the task of arranging requirement sheet and setting base functionality for an application from the end-user perspective. The solution structure and navigation is thus defined. Once this is done a complete project report or SRS is made and submitted for your approval with necessary GUI design and functional capabilities at various levels being clearly defined.

Plan
On approval of SRS we are sure of the volume of work and plan a team deployment for various phases of the project carefully taking into account all buffers to meet the project deadlines.

Architect
Project team gets into action taking down each spec and creating a design architecture for the project to be developed. This includes both the GUI design as well as the database design.

Develop
The pillars of the entire exercise, of course, stand on the strong and unique technological strengths of our experts who are strong advocates for using sophisticated technology tools that are high on performance but low on costs. The project development team starts on the coding of the entire project in a phase wise distributed manner. Normally two or more modules are developed in parallel

Monitor
The project management team is experienced in estimating and tracking project progress, finding and making the most of available resources, and managing project risk. They are always in action monitoring the project closely and also act as a bridge between the client and the development team. Progress is given to the client on weekly basis

Test
We thoroughly test and debug each and every module unit by unit as and when they are being produced. This process ensures the final solution will operate just in the right fashion meeting the client needs and expectation parameters

Document
We take code documentation as an integral part of each project. This helps us to carry out maintenance tasks without much difficulty.
