Administrator Control Panel Features
The administrator would be a designated person in your organization who would be able to perform the following actions from an Admin ID & Password allocated to him.
  • Create New user accounts
  • Update existing user details
  • Delete user accounts
  • Allocate flexible mail space to each user mail box created depending on the usage (starting from 1 MB in each POP box)
  • Update space allocation for existing users at any point in time
  • Create unlimited eMail Aliases under each email user account i.e. create users who do not have their own POP3 mailbox and yet their mails go to a generic mail box eg. delhi@xyz.com is a mailbox and sales@xyz.com and support@xyz.com are aliases under it, meaning that all mails addressed to these aliases would go to delhi@xyz.com
  • Create email Aliases with forwarding to a designated and valid eMail ID within or outside your email domain.
  • Update the alias list as and when required
  • Change password of any user to temporarily block him or in case one has forgotten his password.
  • Change Admin Panel Password for security reasons
